To register as a group, each person must complete a registration form and all forms must be submitted together.
STEP 1: Download the registration form for each person to complete
STEP 2: Upload all registration forms in the form below via the form or email to firstname.lastname@example.org
STEP 3: Make payment. Payment options are as follows:
1) Mail - to the address on the form
2) Phone - contact us at (301) 498-2899
3) Card - place payment information on the bottom of your point of contact registration form
NOTE: Payment is non-refundable. You can always add additional names, but once payment is processed, you cannot reduce names.
