The Annual Career and Professional Development Conference started in 2003 at the Baltimore Convention Center and was originaly attended by 200 participants from Washington D.C. and Prince George's County, Maryland. Over the years, EduSerc has reached numbers up to 400 participants attending its events and trained over 3500 people at its events.
The history of the event has surpassed expectations beyond the organization's dream to provide career and professional training to so many communities.
