In search of our next commercial for EduSerc, this competition challenges students to create a 30 - 60 second commercial that promotes EduSerc as a whole and its services to various target audiences.
The commercial should be professional looking, attractive for people to watch and make someone want to do any one (or more) of the following:
Example Focus (target audience)
Register for one of our career or professional development programs (anyone)
Become a sponsor the organization (businesses)
Join the organization as a member (students, parents, businesses)
Volunteer to join our efforts (students, parents, businesses)
Encourage people to want to pursue learning more about a particular industry through EduSerc (anyone)
Partner with EduSerc to host our programs at their school (schools/school systems)
Utilize EduSerc as a resource to recruit future talent for a business or industry (businesses)
We are looking for all types of commercials (i.e. funny, interesting, creative).
The most creative and interesting video with the most votes from the judges will win!!
Team Setup: There is no limit to a team. Therefore, one person can submit a video and presentation for this competition or whole class.
How will it work?
On Friday, April 13, each team must introduce their team and talk about what they wanted to convey in their commercial (prior to showing the video). In addition, they must discussed why they chose the specific focus above. After playing the video, each team must answer questions about their commercial, their budget, how they made it and other questions from the judges.
Videos will be judged on whether it makes sense to their objective and receives the most votes from our judges.
How to Submit Your Video
Upload your video to YouTube and send a youtube link to by Tuesday, April 10, 2018. Make sure to include your team's group name, school and names/grade levels for each person.

Rules & Regulations
All participants in the competitions must be registered for the conference
All participants must be an active student in either middle school, high school or college or home-schooled at the same levels
All participants are strongly encouraged attend Thursday's industry training sessions for the competitions in the afternoon for training and pre-qualification for the competitions
