EduSerc IPLD - Montgomery Industry Trip (Nov. 6, 2018 - 7am - 6:30pm)

This is the first Industry Field Trip for the EduSerc Industry Pipeline Leadership Development (IPLD) Program for Montgomery County. Please confirm your seat through the CONFIRM/RSVP button now so we can confirm lunch details for all participants.

Please remember the following for the first Industry Field Trip on Tuesday, November 6, 2018:

MORNING DEPARTURE

Montgomery County IPLD Students:

Morning Bus Departure Location: Westfield Montgomery Mall (behind Nordstrom in back parking lot)

Morning Bus Departure Time: 7:00am (bus is leaving ontime).

NOTE: Please ensure to arrive by 6:45am.

Prince George's County IPLD Students:

Morning Bus Departure Location: Prince George's Community College (Parking Lot F - back of the college)

Morning Bus Departure Time: 8:00am (bus is leaving ontime).

NOTE: Please ensure to arrive by 7:45am

AFTERNOON ARRIVAL

Prince George's County IPLD Students:

Afternoon Bus Arrival Location: Prince George's Community College (Parking Lot F - back of the college)

Afternoon Bus Arrival Time: 5:30pm (ETA) (parents will receive a text alert when in route to location).

Montgomery County IPLD Students:

Afternoon Bus Arrival Location: Westfield Montgomery Mall (behind Nordstrom in back parking lot)

Afternoon Bus Arrival Time: 6:30pm (ETA) (parents will receive a text alert when in route to location).

2) Dress Code: Business casual dress (no jeans or tennis shoes). Please make sure to dress to impress. We will be taking professional pictures and video during our leadership enrichment experiences.

3) Photo ID: You MUST bring your photo id with you. This is required for the Northrop Grumman visit to gain access to the facility. If you do not have a photo id, you will not be able to enter the facility.

REMINDER NOTE (Proof of Citizenship): If you haven't sent Kelly Ume (kelly.ume@eduserc.org or ipld@eduserc.org) a copy of your child's birth certificate or passport, please do so ASAP. Northrop Grumman must verify that each person is a U.S. citizen a week prior to entering their secure facility.
