1. Online Enrollment (Due Sep 30):  Please complete this online form to enroll in the IPLD program. This reserves your space in this program.
   
   Once you submit your application, you will receive an email with a unique application id.  Please keep this confirmation email and unique application id.
    

2. Letter of Recommendation
   (Due Sep 30): 
   
          Click to Download the Letter of Recommendation Form and mail in a complete a letter of recommendation from a teacher that can speak about your leadership, character and interests. (see application below)

3. Current Transcript and Annual Activity Fee
   (Due Sep 30): 
   Mail an official copy of your school transcript to the following address:

The annual activity fee ($500) will be due before the first IPLD session. An online link will be provided for you to pay when you register. Or you may send in a check to EduSerc to the address above in regards to your registration.

If this information is not received by each due date you child will not be confirmed to be enrolled in the IPLD Program.
