Coppin Academy is committed to identifying those students from under-served communities to attend our school. Coppin seeks to improve academic performance and raise the competency level of each student. The school provides an assessment of each child's strengths and needs, and develops a personalized prescription of activities, services, and programs to foster intellectual, artistic, social, and emotional growth. As a result, students receive an appropriate educational program which prepares them to enter the workforce or attend college without a need for remediation.
