    Annual Career & Professional Development Conference
    This is a comprehensive project that provides the community with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of industries from a career and professional development standpoint. The conference includes professional training sessions, career development workshops, hands-on competitions, scholarship awards and a career expo featuring organizations, corporations and colleges.

    Young Innovators Fashion and Beyond (FAB) Program
    The Young Innovators Fashion and Beyond (FAB) Program is a fun, practical Saturday-based program for male and female middle and high school students interested in the fashion and talent industries. This program is designed for students to gain hands-on experience and behind-the-scene knowledge of the fashion industry by teaching essential image development skills they will need in any business and career development.

    Young Innovators Junior Engineering After-School Program (Saturday - Monthly)
    The Young Innovators Junior Engineering Program is a fun, technical Saturday-based monthly experience for middle school students to gain hands-on experience in areas of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.  Students will be assigned an industry mentor to work on exciting real life projects and have the opportunity to apply their academic skills toward real world applications.
