This is a comprehensive project that provides the community with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of industries from a career and professional development standpoint. The conference includes professional training sessions, career development workshops, hands-on competitions, scholarship awards and a career expo featuring organizations, corporations and colleges.

Business & Finance Summer Program (Entrepreneurship)
The Young Innovators Business & Finance Summer Program is an interactive hands-on experience to help students become young entrepreneurs and understand the fundamentals of money, finance, leadership and teamwork to accomplish a business goal for themselves and for a local company.

Chess Summer Program

The Young Innovators Chess Summer Program is designed for boys and girls ages 13 to 18 (beginner – advanced) to learn how to become an effective chess player and sharpen their skills to compete in tournaments on all levels.

Students will develop skills in the following areas:  checkmate, attack, openings, defense, end game, tournament play, recreational play.  Students will also be evaluated through self-assessments, game analysis, computer analysis and instructor-lead analysis.

Karate Saturday Program
The Young Innovators Karate Dojo program helps youth focus on the following while learning and training:  accountability, character, confidence, defense, discipline, esteem, fitness and respect.   EduSerc Karate classes include terminology, exercise, kata (forms), kumite (sparring), competition preparation and discipline to build character.

The Young Innovators Business / Entrepreneurship Program is an interactive after school program that develops critical business and personal skills for high school students interested in entrepreneurship.

Young Innovators Engineering & Technology Summer Program
The Young Innovators Engineering & Technology Summer Program is a hands-on high school summer program that provides students with real world work experience with commercial technology and technical applications. Technical and leadership experience gained from this program can be used to apply to each student's technical and professional profile and resume.

Young Innovators Junior Engineering After-School Program
The Young Innovators Junior Engineering Program is a fun, technical after school and weekend experience for middle school students to gain hands-on experience in areas of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.  Students will be assigned an industry mentor to work on exciting real life projects and have the opportunity to apply their academic skills toward real world applications.
