Must be between 14 - 18 years old and submit valid proof of age (ie. birth certificate, drivers license)
Must submit a video of yourself singing a song (without music). (no duets or groups) NOTE: All videos must be relatively close up where your face can be seen and voice heard clearly. You must introduce yourself: (ie. name, age, city, state and the name of the song you will sing before you sing).
If you are selected in the Top 3, you must prepare to attend the EduSerc Awards on Oct 11, 2008 at the Baltimore Convention Center.
