Elsie & Marvin Dekelboum Concert Hall
 At 1,100 seats the Elsie & Marvin Dekelboum Concert Hall is perfect for the EduSerc Awards. The Dekelboum is sizeable, yet every seat provides a sense of intimacy. The hall has a seating complement on the main floor, balcony seats, a chorus loft and special seating boxes on both sides of the venue.
The Elsie & Marvin Dekelboum Concert Hall, like the Gildenhorn Recital Hall and the KayTheatre at the center, has a specially designed silent HVAC system. Fresh air is constantly provided through a gravity fed ventilation system that keeps the ambient temperature comfortable, but without the annoying sound of forced air. Concert attendees will hear nothing but the quality music and entertainment of the awards show.

Funded by private contributions, the Riggs Alumni Center is the alumni's gift to their alma mater, which was led by the building's namesake, the late SAMUEL RIGGS IV '50. Riggs' early investment in an idea to construct a building dedicated solely to Terrapin alumni turned the center from a dream to reality.
